Swedish health care system

Sweden offers inexpensive, heavily subsidized, and high quality public health care for everyone who lives or works in Sweden, thanks to a tax payer-funded and largely decentralized health care system.

Martin Kvist, a doctor and representative from Region Skåne, will explain how the Swedish health care system works and answer some of the common questions the international community has regarding health care in Sweden. Martin is well aware of the challenges the international community has when trying to seek help and is more than happy to guide us through the system.
