By registering to ICHL events and/or ICHL newsletter you give your consent to the City of Lund, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to register your name and e-mail address to be used for the sole purpose of distributing newsletters and invitations to events. You have the right to withdraw your consent in which case you will no longer receive newsletters and invitations from us.
The information may not be shared or distributed without your permission in accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act (1998:204).
Period of validity: The consent is valid until you request for removal.

During ICHL events we sometimes take photographs and short film clips to profile our activities. We process and publish these photographs under the legal basis of public interest, in article 6.1 e in the GDPR. Please let us know if you don’t want to be in any photos/films before we start the event.
Your e-mail address will only be used for newsletters with information about upcoming events at or organized by International Citizen Hub Lund and other information that may be useful for internationals moving to Lund and southern Sweden.
Our aim is to spread news, information and invitations to events, as well as receive notifications and compile attendance lists along with statistics. In order to subscribe to our newsletter, our policy must be accepted.
Your e-mail address will not be given, sold, lent out or made available for use to any other company. All mailings are conducted by technologies that do not show addresses to other subscribers.
In every mailing, subscribers will be able to unsubscribe at any time. This will be in immediate effect without delay.
