Meet and learn from Christina Rundcrantz, Senior Consultant Intercultural Leadership at BBi Communication, who will describe workplace culture in Sweden and Denmark and share her experiences.

Culture is relative and by comparing these two geographically close countries we are able to identify similarities and differences. By looking at Swedish and Danish values we can bridge cultural gaps and make the best of our diversity. Intercultural competence promotes collaboration, reduces misunderstandings, builds trust and leads to better business.
