Information Meeting about Volunteering at ICHL

Do you want to help out as a volunteer at ICHL? We believe that as an international, you could greatly contribute to our open events and community building with other internationals who attend. In return, you get to take an active role in creating special moments for our guests and expand your CV!

As a volunteer at International Citizen Hub Lund, you will be co-hosting events together with an ICHL colleague. Your tasks could include:

• Welcoming participants
• Introducing the speaker
• Preparing the room
• Setting up “Fika”

We have invited you because you:

• Are an international yourself
• Are familiar with our services and can explain them in your own words to newcomers
• Have attended enough of our events to know the regular setup
• Most importantly, enjoy interacting with other internationals!

Venue:

International Citizen Hub Lund, Vårfrugatan 1 B, Lund.

Details:

• The registration will open up approximately one month before the event.
• This event is free of charge – but please unregister if you are not able to attend. Thanks for your understanding!
• During ICHL events we sometimes take photographs and short film clips to profile our activities. We process and publish these photographs under the legal basis of public interest, in article 6.1 e in the GDPR. Please let us know if you don’t want to be in any photos/films before we start the event.
