It’s not easy moving to a new country for the first time and start from scratch, even if you are experienced. Sometimes we all would like a little support to keep us motivated, open up to our new environment and to be able to enjoy the experience ahead.

We have invited Jernett Karensen, Lic. Clinical Psychologist, who will guide you through experiences and knowledge in how to get used to a new country. You will get tips and inspiration to find your way to stay excited in your “new” life, take action and make changes that make sense to you.

At this event the speakers will give you tips and support for handling emotional stress and behavioural issues, and at the end there will be time for questions, discussions and exchange of experiences.

Looking forward to seeing you!
