14 February - Mental well-being when moving to a new country
It’s not easy moving to a new country for the first time or even if you’re a professional expat, starting from scratch. Sometimes we all would like little support to keep us motivated, open to our new environment or able to enjoy the experience ahead. We have invited three different speakers who will guide you through their experiences and knowledge in how to get used to a new country.
Antje Swart moved to Sweden in April 2017 with her family. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Parts Therapy facilitator and has her own practice Holistic Hypnosis in Lund where she coaches people to regain a balanced and harmonious lifestyle
Jernett Karensen is a certified Swedish cognitive behavioral therapist also trained in gestalt therapy as well as in both compassion and focused therapy. She has experience in helping internationals find their way and is able to do this in English at her practice in Malmö.
Niki Schönström is an international certified Moksha Yoga teacher but also certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Niki has recently taken a Qi gong teacher training and will in a near future offer Qi gong classes. Niki is the owner of N yoga studio where all the classes are in English and has experience in helping and guiding newbies and advanced students in their journey of finding YinYang balance in Mind, Body and Soul.
We open up for registration about two weeks before the date of the event.
