In this workshop you will gain an understanding of the Swedish mindset and values, decoding typical social interactions and behaviors through practical everyday life examples.
Have you ever felt uncertain how to read and respond to people mindset and behavior since you moved to Sweden? Or maybe you are a Swede yourself and curious to hear about how foreigners perceive you?
Come and join us at this workshop, where we are going to explore the link between the typical Swedish values and the most common situations newcomers deal with in their daily interactions with locals, including new acquaintan-ces, neighbors, coworkers, school mates, and complete strangers.

Federica Viero is an intercultural trainer and consultant with diverse experience of relocating, living and working internationally. She has been in Sweden since 2013 and as founder of The Intercultural Lab, she supports companies and organizations in managing and leveraging cultural diversity through seminars, workshops and consulting.
