The goal of this Interreg ÖKS-project is to attract top talent within Life Science and Tech to the Greater Copenhagen region. The team of ICHL is involved in several work packages including activities such as Career Days, Mentorship programs and more.
The Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak project "Cross-border Talent Bridge" started in September 2024 and will be running until August 2027, lead by the City of Lund in collaboration with strong partners in both Sweden and Denmark.
The goal of this project is to promote skills supply in the Greater Copenhagen region within Life Science and Tech. Addressing the skills shortage on both sides of the strait, the project unites key players to boost global attractiveness for specialized talent.
The primary target group is companies in the mentioned industries, while the secondary is international talents, especially master's, PhDs, postdocs, and their families.

Several universities and other actors support the project.
The partnership knows the current and future labor needs in the region. They have developed methods focusing on talent attraction and retention. Through cross-border collaboration, they share experiences, solutions, and knowledge. Previous cooperation has yielded excellent results, and this project deepens that collaboration.
